The handle is perfectly balanced with a 2.5 mm thick large blade made of recycled Swedish stainless steel, offering balance and stability in every cut. A beautifully balanced contrast between the bright ash wood and the shiny edge of the blade is made possible by the black PC-coating. Keep the sharp edge of the knife protected with a vegetable tanned leather sheath.
